PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Refunds: Please notify the PW Center by phone or email if you must withdraw.
TEACHER'S CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Payment schedule: $1500 due September 10, November 1, and February 1. Non-refundable. By check or credit card.
ONLINE GROUP & PRIVATE SEMINARS
Payments: Full payment is due prior to registration. To pay, follow instructions at the top under "Payment Methods." Once payment is received, you will be guided through online registration.
Please plan to enroll and register at least one week before your seminar begins.
Refunds: If notice is received before your seminar begins, you will receive a full tuition refund minus a $100 administrative fee. If you email the Center during the first week of your seminar, one-half of the remaining fee will be issued. No refunds are issued after the first week of the seminar.
AT THE PW CENTER: GROUP SEMINARS
Payment: To hold your place, please send full payment at least two weeks prior to the beginning of your seminar or workshop. To pay, follow instructions at the top under "Payment Methods."
Refunds: If you must withdraw from your workshop or seminar before it begins, and inform the Center by email or phone, you will receive a full refund minus $100 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the start of the workshop.
OFFSITE WORKSHOP RETREATS
Payments: Full payment is due prior to beginning of Retreat. To pay, follow instructions at the top under "Payment Methods." For due dates, see Course Calendar.
Refunds: If you notify the Center by phone one week prior to the beginning of the Retreat that you must withdraw, you will receive a full refund minus $150 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the Retreat begins.
