PROPRIOCEPTIVE WRITING (PW) TEACHER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, STREAMLINED & INDIVIDUALIZED FOR 2008

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone who has taken a course with Linda or Toby, online or in person, is eligible to apply for the PW Teacher Certification Program. If you have not yet taken one, see the current courses we offer.

The PROGRAM consists of 4 PARTS:

1. A PW PRACTICE of personal Writes, preferably 5 per week, for the length of the Program (approx. 3 months)
2. 20 INTERACTIVE SESSIONS (online & by phone) conducted by Linda, covering the basic concepts of PW and how to teach PW.
3. A 1-day (6 hour) PRIVATE INTENSIVE with Linda at the PW Center in the Bay Area, when we complete the discussions begun online and explore daily Writes.
4. A mock introduction to PW, performed by you in writing or on tape, with followup.

AFTER COMPLETION OF ALL 4 PARTS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A PW TEACHER CERTIFICATION DIPLOMA.

FOLLOWING CERTIICATION, THE PW CENTER WILL LIST YOU ON A PAGE DEDICATED TO CERTIFIED PW TEACHERS AT OUR WEBSITE, WWW.PWRITING.ORG.

You may continue your PW education privately and through online workshops conducted by Linda for PW teachers.

LENGTH OF PROGRAM

The Program is designed to run for 12 weeks, with a 4th month as grace period.

REQUIRED HOURS

Plan to give the Program a minimum of 4 hours weekly.

TUITION : $3,500
